Shipping

We ship to addresses within the continental United States and offer local delivery across Atlanta and the wider North Georgia region. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most items ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Large equipment may require additional coordination; we will follow up with scheduling details if that applies to your order.

Shipping costs depend on the item’s weight and destination. You will see an estimated shipping cost during checkout. For white-glove delivery, installation or rush orders please contact us to discuss options.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom and special order items cannot be returned.

To initiate a return please call or email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
